How much is shipping?

We use USPS logistics services to deliver items to your doorstep at NO additional cost. USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Priority is included in the price. Pretty sweet deal, huh?

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted.

 

How long does it take for my box to arrive?

Your box is shipped within 3 days after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your box ships. Boxes are estimated to arrive within 5-7 days after the ship date.

 

Do you provide tracking information?

YES! We will send the tracking number to your registered email, and you can also track the delivery status using the link that we will provide.

 

My order is taking longer than expected! What is happening?

On some occasions, boxes can be delayed due to customs checks or issues at your local postal office, including holidays. Please do not hesitate to send us an inquiry if your box does not arrive within 10 days after the date of purchase.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship to other countries than the United States, but we are working on that. Hopefully soon!

 

Can I change the shipping address?

In an effort to ship ingredients to our customers as soon as possible, please note that we begin processing shipments within 48 hours after placing your order. As a result, all address updates must be made within 24 hours prior to the ship date to ensure they are correctly reflected on your shipment.
